Gaziantep has large group of young population. We give priority to them and most of our projects aim to reach young people and children. In this context, we have established children art centre where children from rural areas and relatively low social economic districts of the city trained. We have more than 10 branches of artictic activities ranging from music, drama, mosaiq, dancing etc. We also have five libraries, established especially for children where they can easily access thousands of books free of charge at the same time they have opportunity to attend various workshops and interactive cultural sessions. We also have five hundread thousand Syrian refugees and they are also utilizing from all mentioned services free of charge.

The building where children art centre located known as old courtyard which was constructed at early 1950s. It was rennovated and transfromed to an art centre. The building has an important role in the memory of city as being as monumental structure. It is also an award winning project with the successful restoration works and social responsibility dimension. During the rennovation of the building young people with addiction background were actively involved in production of mosaiq surfaces. The rennovation project aimed to and contributed to the self-esteen and self-confidence of the young people involved. Afterwards, the young people continued to work in similar projects professionally.
